Metro
Begin your journey at your nearest Metro station. If you are near downtown, head to Berri-UQAM station. Take the Green Line (Line 1) towards Angrignon. After 4 stops, get off at Jean-Drapeau station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs for Parc Jean-Drapeau. You will find yourself at the entrance to the park, which is a short walk from the station.
Bus
If you prefer taking the bus, check the STM website or app for the nearest bus stop to your location. Route 167, which goes to Parc Jean-Drapeau, departs from various locations in the city. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride. When you arrive at the Parc Jean-Drapeau stop, disembark and follow the walking paths to explore the park.
Biking
For an adventurous route, consider renting a BIXI bike. Locate the nearest BIXI station and rent a bike. Head towards the Lachine Canal bike path, which will lead you towards Parc Jean-Drapeau. Follow the signs for the park; you will be biking on dedicated bike lanes. The park is accessible via the bridge connecting to Île Sainte-Hélène, and you can park your bike at the designated bike racks once you arrive.
Walking
If you are staying close to the Old Port, you can walk to Parc Jean-Drapeau. Start from the Old Port and walk along the waterfront towards the Jacques-Cartier Bridge. Cross the bridge on foot, enjoying the views of the St. Lawrence River. Once you reach the other side, follow the signs to Parc Jean-Drapeau. It will take approximately 30-40 minutes to walk there, depending on your pace.
