Experience La Ronde

Getting There

  • Walking

    From Griffintown, you can walk to La Ronde. Start by heading east on Notre-Dame Street towards the Lachine Canal. Once you reach the canal, turn left and follow the path along the water. After about 15-20 minutes of walking, you'll reach the intersection of the canal and Chemin Macdonald. Turn right onto Chemin Macdonald, and La Ronde will be on your left at 22 Chemin Macdonald. The total walk should take around 30-40 minutes, depending on your pace.

  • Public Transport - Metro

    From Griffintown, walk to the nearest metro station, which is Lionel-Groulx. You can take a short walk along Rue Sainte-Catherine towards the metro station. Board the Green Line (Line 1) toward Angrignon. After two stops, get off at the Jean-Drapeau station. Exit the metro and walk towards the park entrance; La Ronde is located on Île Sainte-Hélène. The metro fare is CAD 3.50.

  • Public Transport - Bus

    Find the nearest bus stop in Griffintown. You can take the 61 bus from the stop on Rue William towards the metro station. After a 10-minute ride, get off at the stop for Parc Jean-Drapeau. From there, you will need to walk approximately 10 minutes to La Ronde, which is located at 22 Chemin Macdonald. The bus fare is also CAD 3.50.
