Travel towards Berri-UQAM station (3 stops). At Berri-UQAM, transfer to the Green Line towards Angrignon and get off at the Place-d'Armes station (2 stops). From Place-d'Armes, exit the station and walk east along Rue Notre-Dame. Continue until you reach Rue de la Commune. Turn right onto Rue de la Commune; La Grande Roue de Montréal will be on your left.

Find a nearby bus stop and check for bus routes that head towards Old Port. Routes such as 61 or 725 are good options. Board the bus and travel until you reach the Old Port area. Get off at the stop 'Place Jacques-Cartier'. From there, walk towards Rue de la Commune; La Grande Roue de Montréal is located at 362 Rue de la Commune E, which is just a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
