If you're starting from the Niagara Falls State Park Visitor Center, exit the center and head towards the main park area. Follow the signs toward the American Falls. From the Niagara Falls bus terminal, take the NFTA Metro Bus #40 (Niagara Falls route) towards the Niagara Falls State Park. Request to get off at the stop nearest to the park entrance. Upon exiting the bus, walk towards the park entrance, and follow the signs to the American Falls. Look for the footbridge that leads to Goat Island and cross it to reach the island.

If you're renting a bicycle, start from the downtown area of Niagara Falls. Head south on Main Street until you reach the entrance of Niagara Falls State Park. Once inside the park, follow the designated bike paths towards the American Falls. Look for the bike-friendly footbridge to Goat Island and ride across it to access the island.

If you're near a popular attraction like the Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino, you can request a taxi or rideshare (like Uber or Lyft) to take you to Niagara Falls State Park.
