If you're starting from the Niagara Falls Visitor Center, head southeast on Falls Ave towards the intersection with Murray St. Turn left onto Murray St and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rainbow Blvd. Turn right onto Rainbow Blvd and follow it until you reach the entrance of the Rainbow International Bridge. The bridge is located at 5702 Falls Ave and you will see signs directing you to the bridge.

From the Niagara Falls bus terminal, take the WEGO bus (Red Line) towards the Fallsview area. Get off at the 'Fallsview Boulevard' stop. From there, walk towards Falls Ave, turn left, and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Rainbow Blvd. Turn right onto Rainbow Blvd and continue until you arrive at the Rainbow International Bridge at 5702 Falls Ave.
