If you are at the Niagara Falls Bus Terminal, take the WEGO Green Line (Fallsview Line) towards Fallsview. Get off at the 'Skylon Tower' stop. From there, walk towards Robinson St, and you will see the Skylon Tower ahead. The Revolving Dining Room is located on the upper levels of the tower.

Follow Robinson St for about 10-15 minutes until you see the Skylon Tower on your right. The entrance to the Revolving Dining Room is located at the base of the tower.
