If you are traveling by car, head towards Niagara Falls. From the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW), take the exit toward Niagara Falls. Follow the signs for Niagara Falls and merge onto Lundy's Lane (ON-20). Continue straight until you reach Clifton Hill. Turn left onto Clifton Hill, and you will find Ripley's Believe It or Not! at 4960 Clifton Hill. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that parking fees may apply, usually around CAD 10-20 for the day.

If you prefer using public transportation, you can take the GO Transit bus from various locations within the Niagara Peninsula to the Niagara Falls bus terminal. Once at the terminal, you can catch the local WEGO bus service, which is specifically designed for tourists. Board the WEGO Green Line and get off at the 'Clifton Hill' stop. Ripley's Believe It or Not! is just a short walk from there, located at 4960 Clifton Hill. The WEGO bus fare is approximately CAD 7 for a day pass.
