If you are near the Niagara Falls Tourism Centre located at 5701 Victoria Ave, Niagara Falls, Ontario, start by heading north on Victoria Ave toward Queen St. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Queen St. Turn left onto Queen St. Walk along Queen St for about 10 minutes until you reach the Niagara Parks Butterfly Conservatory. From there, follow the signs to the Niagara Parks attractions. Continue walking until you see the entrance to Niagara Falls State Park.

If you are starting from the Niagara Falls Bus Terminal at 4260 Queen St, you can take the WEGO bus service. Board the WEGO Green Line bus heading towards the 'Falls' direction. The ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Table Rock' stop, which is the closest stop to Niagara Falls State Park. From there, follow the signs to the park entrance, which is just a short walk away.

Start at the Niagara River Recreation Trail located at 3000 Victoria Ave. Head south on the trail, following the path along the river.
