Getting There

  • Walking

    From the Niagara Falls State Park, walk northeast along the Niagara Parkway towards the Rainbow Bridge. Cross the Rainbow Bridge into Canada (bring required identification and bridge toll). After crossing the bridge, turn right onto Falls Avenue, then right onto Hiram Street. Bird Kingdom will be on your right, at the corner of Hiram and River Road. The walk is approximately 2 km and takes about 24 minutes. Bridge toll is approximately $5.00 CAD.

  • Public Transport

    From various points in Niagara Falls, take the WEGO bus to the Bird Kingdom stop. The WEGO bus system connects major tourist areas, hotels, and Niagara Parks attractions. Check the WEGO route map and schedule for the most up-to-date information. A one-day WEGO pass costs $13.00 CAD for adults and $9.00 CAD for children.

  • Driving

    From Toronto, take the QEW to Hwy 420 (The Falls) exit. Take Hwy 420 to the Victoria Avenue exit. Turn right on Victoria Avenue to Bender Hill (1st stop light). Turn left on Bender Hill, get into the left lane to Ontario Street (1st stop light). Turn left on Ontario Street, Ontario bends to the right. Bird Kingdom is on the right at the bottom of the hill. Parking is available at Bird Kingdom for $5.00 CAD per hour. Tour bus parking is located across the street in the Travelodge parking lot.
