    If you are starting from the ByWard Market area, head southwest on George Street towards William Street. Turn left onto William Street and continue until you reach Rideau Street. Turn right onto Rideau Street and walk until you reach Elgin Street. Turn left onto Elgin Street and continue walking until you reach Confederation Square, located at 53 Elgin St.

    From the Ottawa City Hall, walk to the nearest OC Transpo bus stop. Take bus route 1 towards Tunney's Pasture. Get off at the stop at Elgin and Queen Street. From there, walk south on Elgin Street and you will arrive at Confederation Square, located at 53 Elgin St.
