Walking
If you are in Old Quebec, head towards the Château Frontenac. Once you reach the grand hotel, take the stairs or the funicular down towards Dufferin Boardwalk. Walk along the boardwalk until you reach the end near Terrasse Dufferin. From there, take the Rue de l'Église which will lead you to Rue des Carrières. The Governors' Garden will be located on your right at 7 Rue des Carrières.

If you are near the Place d'Youville, you can take bus number 1 or 3. Board the bus and get off at the stop called 'Parc de la Francophonie'. From there, walk along Rue de la Couronne towards Rue des Carrières. The Governors' Garden will be straight ahead at 7 Rue des Carrières, just a short walk from the bus stop.
