If you are in Old Quebec, start at the Château Frontenac. Exit the hotel and head down the hill toward Rue des Carrières. Walk straight down Rue des Carrières until you reach the intersection with Côte de la Montagne. Turn left onto Côte de la Montagne and continue walking. The Monument Jean-Paul Lemieux is located a short distance ahead on your right, near the intersection with Rue Saint-Jean. Look for the large statue as you approach.

From the Old Port area, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Rue de la Commune. Take Bus 800 or 801 towards 'Les Quais'. Get off at 'Côte de la Montagne' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk up Côte de la Montagne for about 5 minutes. The Monument Jean-Paul Lemieux will be on your right side.

From Place Royale, head east on Rue Notre-Dame until you reach Rue du Petit Champlain. Turn right and continue until you reach the intersection with Côte de la Montagne. Turn left onto Côte de la Montagne and walk straight. The Monument Jean-Paul Lemieux will be on your right side after a short walk.

Take the Québec City tram from the Gare du Palais station. Ride the tram in the direction of 'Cité-Limoilou' and get off at the 'Côte de la Montagne' stop. After exiting, walk up Côte de la Montagne for about 3 minutes, and you will find the Monument Jean-Paul Lemieux on your right.
