Getting There

• Public Transit - Bus

  From downtown Quebec City, head to the nearest bus stop and take the #800 or #801 bus towards 'Les Écarts'. You will want to get off at the 'Chutes Montmorency' stop. From there, transfer to the #13 bus towards 'Saint-Nicolas'. Stay on the bus until you get to the stop named 'Pierre-Laporte', which is a short walk from the bridge. The entire journey should take approximately 45 minutes.

Follow the river along the Promenade Samuel de Champlain. Continue walking south until you reach the bridge's entrance. This scenic walk takes about 1.5 to 2 hours.

  Rent a bicycle from one of the many bike-sharing programs available in Quebec City. Start your ride from the Old Port, following the bike path along the St. Lawrence River. Keep pedaling south until you reach the Pierre Laporte Bridge. This route is approximately 7 kilometers and should take around 30-40 minutes, depending on your cycling speed.

  For a more direct route, you can take a taxi or use a rideshare app like Uber. Simply enter 'Pierre Laporte Bridge' as your destination. The ride from downtown Quebec City should take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
