Getting there

Walking

If you are starting from Old Quebec, head southeast on Rue Saint-Jean towards Rue des Jardins. Continue straight until you reach the Promenade des Gouverneurs. Turn left onto the promenade and follow it until you reach the end, where you will see the stunning view of the river and the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. Continue walking along the waterfront until you reach Quai Frontenac, located just in front of the Château.

Public Transport

From the Gare du Palais (the main train and bus station), take bus number 800 towards 'Les Saules' and alight at the stop 'Château Frontenac'. From there, walk down to the waterfront, and you will find Quai Frontenac directly in front of you. The bus ride takes about 15 minutes, and buses run frequently throughout the day. A one-way fare is CA$3.75.

Taxi/Rideshare
