Walking Tour: Quebec Differently

This walking tour was a nice way to get an overview of the city and history. Guy, our guide, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and accommodating. NOTE: We did this tour on our first day in Quebec. Our hotel was in lower Quebec, and we met the tour in upper Quebec. Guy told us it was a 15-minute walk which took us about 40 minutes and included the steep hill climb followed by a set of steep stairs, which I wasn't ready for!! Suggest you take a taxi, the Funicular, or the bus if this is your situation!

Anais is a terrific tour guide! She is knowledgeable, personable, and very enthusiastic. She’s very flexible in how she structures her tour, and was excited to tell us about the things she knew would be of particular interest to us. She also shared some information with me by email (so thoughtful) , ensuring that our entire trip to Quebec was special - not only the time we spent with her. Fabulous History Tour of Quebec

Luis was our guide and communication was brilliant about where to meet as we came off a cruise ship. He gave us a brilliant history lesson as well as a wonderful walking tour of both the Old Town and New Town sections of Quebec. Having a private tour is so much nicer than big tours as so personal and so much easier to manoeuvre with all the other tourists. Highly recommend!!
