Take bus number 800 or 801 towards 'Les Saules' or 'Hôpital de l'Enfant-Jésus'. Ride for about 20-30 minutes until you reach the 'Sainte-Pétronille' stop. From there, walk approximately 1.5 kilometers down Chemin Royal. Follow the signs to Ste-Pétronille - Winery & Cidery, which will be on your left.

If you're comfortable biking, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Quebec City. Take the Promenade Samuel-de-Champlain bike path heading east.
