From downtown Quebec City, take the bus number 800 towards 'Sainte-Pétronille' from the 'Gare du Palais' bus station. Make sure to check the schedule as buses may not run frequently. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Sainte-Pétronille' stop. From there, walk south on Rue du Quai for about 10 minutes until you reach the Quai de Sainte-Pétronille.

If you are staying in Old Quebec, you can enjoy a scenic walk to Quai de Sainte-Pétronille. Head east on Rue des Jardins, then take a right onto Rue St. Pierre. Follow this street until it turns into Rue du Petit Champlain. Continue walking until you reach the waterfront, where you can take the ferry to the island. Upon arriving at the Île d'Orléans, walk towards Rue du Quai. The entire journey will take about 1.5 hours, so wear comfortable shoes!
