Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving from Quebec City, take QC-20 E (Autoroute 20) towards Lévis. Continue on QC-20 E for about 15 km. Take exit 324 for Route 132 S toward Lévis. Follow Route 132 S until you reach the intersection with Chem. du Gouvernement. Turn left onto Chem. du Gouvernement. Follow this road for approximately 2 km, and you will arrive at Lévis Forts National Historic Site located at 41 Chem. du Gouvernement, Lévis, QC G6V 7B1. There is parking available at the site.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Lévis Forts from Quebec City by public transportation, take the Quebec City-Lévis ferry from the Old Port of Quebec. The ferry ride takes about 12 minutes and offers beautiful views of the St. Lawrence River. Once you arrive at the Lévis terminal, exit and walk towards Rue de la République. From there, you can catch Bus 1 or Bus 2 from the Lévis Bus Terminal. Both buses will take you to the vicinity of Lévis Forts. Get off at the 'Gouvernement' stop, which is a short walk to the site, located at 41 Chem. du Gouvernement. The ferry costs approximately CAD 8 for a round trip.
