Once you reach Quebec City, take the exit for Boulevard Charest Est. Follow Boulevard Charest Est until you reach Rue Dalhousie. Turn left onto Rue Dalhousie, and continue driving until you reach 10 Rue Dalhousie, where Quai Chouinard is located. There is parking available nearby, but be prepared to pay for parking, which typically costs around CAD 2 to CAD 3 per hour.
Public Transportation
To reach Quai Chouinard using public transportation, first locate the nearest RTC (Réseau de transport de la Capitale) bus stop. If you are in the downtown area, take bus number 800 towards Charlesbourg. Disembark at the stop 'Édifice Marie-Guyart'. From there, transfer to bus number 1 towards Montmorency. Get off at the stop 'Rue Dalhousie'. Walk towards 10 Rue Dalhousie, and you will find Quai Chouinard. If you are staying nearby in the Old Quebec area, you can easily walk to Quai Chouinard. Start from the Château Frontenac and head towards Rue Saint-Jean. Continue down Rue Saint-Jean until you reach Boulevard Champlain. Turn left and follow the riverfront until you reach Rue Dalhousie. Turn right on Rue Dalhousie, and you will find Quai Chouinard at 10 Rue Dalhousie. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes and offers beautiful views of the St. Lawrence River.
