Walking
From the heart of Downtown Regina, start at Victoria Park, located on Scarth Street. Head southwest on Scarth Street towards Dewdney Avenue. Continue for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection of Dewdney Avenue and Broad Street. Turn left (south) onto Broad Street and walk for about 300 meters. You will then reach Government House at 4607 Dewdney Ave. The entire walk will take approximately 15-20 minutes.

If you prefer public transit, head to the nearest bus stop located on Victoria Avenue at Scarth Street. Take Bus Route 4 (Dewdney) towards the Regina Transit Centre. Remain on the bus for about 10 minutes, and disembark at the stop at Dewdney Avenue and Broad Street. From there, it's just a short walk (approximately 5 minutes) south on Broad Street to Government House at 4607 Dewdney Ave. Please note that a single bus fare is approximately CAD $3.00.
