If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean. Head south on the Route 170 towards Saint-Fulgence. Continue on Route 170 for approximately 20 km until you reach Route 169. Take a left onto Route 169 and follow the signs for Parc national des Monts-Valin. The park entrance will be located at 360 Rang Saint-Louis, Saint-Fulgence, QC G0V 1S0. Keep in mind that you may need to pay an entrance fee at the park.

For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from the Saguenay region to Saint-Fulgence. The bus service operated by Société de transport du Saguenay (STS) provides connections to the area. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may be limited. Once you arrive in Saint-Fulgence, a taxi or rideshare service will be necessary to reach the park entrance at 360 Rang Saint-Louis, as it is approximately 5 km from the bus stop. Be prepared to pay for the taxi fare, which may range from CAD 10 to CAD 15.
