If you are near downtown, head to the closest subway station on Line 1 (Yonge-University) and board a train heading northbound towards Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. You will need to transfer to Line 4 (Sheppard) at Sheppard-Yonge Station. After that, take the Line 4 train heading east towards Don Mills Station. Get off at Don Mills Station.
