From Queen Street, you can catch the 501 Queen streetcar heading westbound. Stay on the streetcar for approximately 15 stops until you reach the intersection of Queen Street and Ossington Avenue. Here, transfer to the 63 Ossington bus heading north. Get off at College Street (2 stops) and walk east for about 5 minutes to reach Little Italy.

If you're near Kensington Market, you can walk to Little Italy. Head east on Baldwin Street, then turn left onto Spadina Avenue and walk south until you reach College Street.
