If you are in downtown Toronto, you can take the subway to reach the Port Lands. Start by getting on the Yonge-University subway line at any downtown station. Head south to Union Station. From Union Station, exit and transfer to the 509 Harbourfront streetcar line. Board the streetcar heading east towards the Distillery District. After about 15-20 minutes, get off at the 'Queen's Quay at Lower Jarvis' stop. From there, walk southeast along the waterfront path for about 10-15 minutes to reach the Port Lands area. You will enjoy scenic views along the way.

If you are already near the waterfront or the Distillery District, you can walk to the Port Lands. From the Distillery District, head south on Distillery Lane, then turn left onto Mill Street. Follow Mill Street until you reach the waterfront, then turn right and walk along the waterfront path. Continue walking for about 15-20 minutes, and you will arrive at the Port Lands area, where you can enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Ontario.
