From anywhere in downtown Toronto, locate a streetcar stop for the 510 Spadina line or the 509 Harbourfront line. If you take the 510 Spadina, ride it south towards the Queens Quay. Get off at the Queens Quay/Bay Street stop. From there, walk east along Queens Quay until you reach Bremner Boulevard. Turn right onto Bremner Boulevard, and the aquarium will be on your left at 288 Bremner Blvd.
