Walking
If you are in the Harbourfront area, you can easily reach the Toronto Railway Museum by walking. Start at the Harbourfront Centre, located at 235 Queens Quay W. From there, head southwest towards the waterfront, and follow the pathway along the lake. Continue walking along the waterfront until you reach the intersection of Queens Quay W and Lower Simcoe St. Turn left onto Lower Simcoe St and continue until you reach Bremner Blvd. The Toronto Railway Museum will be on your right at 255 Bremner Blvd. This walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes.
Public Transit - Streetcar
From Harbourfront, you can take the streetcar to reach the Toronto Railway Museum. Head to the nearest streetcar stop, which is on Queens Quay W. Take the 509 Harbourfront streetcar heading towards Union Station. Get off at the Union Station stop. After exiting, follow the signs to Lower Simcoe St, then walk west on Bremner Blvd. The museum will be on your left at 255 Bremner Blvd. The streetcar fare is approximately CAD 3.25.
Public Transit - Subway
If you prefer to take the subway to reach the museum, you can walk to the nearest subway station, which is St. Andrew Station. From the Harbourfront area, walk northeast along King St W until you reach the station entrance. Take the Line 1 (Yonge-University) subway train heading towards Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. Get off at Union Station. From Union Station, follow the signs to the exit at Lower Simcoe St and walk west on Bremner Blvd. The museum is located at 255 Bremner Blvd. The subway fare is approximately CAD 3.25.
