Public Transit - Subway
Start by heading to the nearest subway station. If you're in downtown Toronto, find your way to the Yonge-University subway line. Board a train heading northbound towards Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. After four stops, get off at St. George Station. At St. George, transfer to the Bloor-Danforth line (the green line) and head westbound. Get off at Spadina Station, which is just two stops away. From Spadina Station, exit the station and walk north on Spadina Road for about 10 minutes. You will reach Spadina Museum at 285 Spadina Rd.

If you are near College Street, you can catch the College streetcar (504) heading west. Ride the streetcar until you reach Spadina Avenue. Get off at the Spadina & College stop. Transfer to the Spadina streetcar (510) heading north. Ride until you arrive at the stop at Spadina and Bloor. From there, walk north on Spadina Road for about 10 minutes to reach the Spadina Museum located at 285 Spadina Rd.
