Getting There

  • Walking

    From Yorkville, head south on Yonge Street towards Bloor Street. Continue walking until you reach Bloor Street. Turn right on Bloor Street and walk west until you reach Avenue Road. Turn left onto Avenue Road and proceed until you reach the intersection with Queen Street West. Here, turn right and continue walking west. After a few blocks, you will reach Fort York Boulevard. Turn left onto Fort York Boulevard, and you will find Fort York National Historic Site at 250 Fort York Blvd.

  • Public Transit (Subway and Streetcar)

    From Yorkville, walk to the nearest subway station, which is Bay Station (on the Yonge-University Line). Take the subway southbound towards Union Station. Get off at Union Station and transfer to the 509 Harbourfront or 510 Spadina streetcar. Board the streetcar and ride it until you reach Fort York Boulevard. Get off and walk a short distance to the Fort York National Historic Site located at 250 Fort York Blvd.

    Walk to the nearest bus stop on Yonge Street. Take the 6 Bay bus heading south. Get off at the stop at Queen Street West and Bay Street.
