Once you reach Kingston, take exit 615 for Sir John A Macdonald Blvd. Continue straight until you reach King St W and turn left. The Kingston Penitentiary will be on your right at 560 King St W. If you prefer to travel by train, take VIA Rail from various locations in Western Canada to Kingston. The train ride from Toronto to Kingston takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. If you choose to walk, head southeast on Wright Crescent, then continue on King St W until you reach 560 King St W. Taxi fare from the train station to Kingston Penitentiary will typically cost around $10-$15.
