Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, start your journey in Coyhaique, the capital of Aysén Region. From Coyhaique, take Route 7 (Carretera Austral) heading south for approximately 14 km until you reach the junction with Route 240. Turn right onto Route 240 and continue driving for about 27 km. Look for signs indicating Camping Las Confluencias, which is located near the confluence of the rivers. The campsite will be on your left side. Make sure to check road conditions, especially during the winter months, as they can affect accessibility.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from Coyhaique to Puerto Río Tranquilo. Buses depart regularly from Coyhaique's main bus terminal. The trip will take approximately 3 hours. Once you arrive in Puerto Río Tranquilo, you can hire a taxi or a shared ride to reach Camping Las Confluencias, which is about 15 km away. Be sure to confirm the fare beforehand, as prices can vary.

• Bicycle

  If you're an adventurous cyclist, you can also ride from Coyhaique to Camping Las Confluencias. The distance is roughly 40 km and takes you along the scenic Route 7 (Carretera Austral). Make sure to bring plenty of water and snacks, as there won't be many stops along the way. The route can be challenging, with some hills, so ensure your bike is in good condition and you're prepared for the journey.
