If you are in the center of Coquimbo, head to the main bus terminal located at Avenida La Marina. Look for buses heading to La Serena. Purchase a ticket to La Serena, which is about a 30-minute drive. Once you arrive at the La Serena bus terminal, exit the terminal and head north on Avenida del Mar until you reach the intersection with Gregorio Cordovez. Turn left onto Gregorio Cordovez, and you will find the Catedral de La Serena at number 327.

Starting from the Plaza de Armas in Coquimbo, walk east along Calle Aldunate until you reach Avenida Gran Bretaña. Turn left onto Avenida Gran Bretaña and continue straight until you reach Avenida del Mar. Turn right on Avenida del Mar and walk north until you reach the intersection with Gregorio Cordovez. Turn left onto Gregorio Cordovez, and the Catedral de La Serena will be at 327 on your left.
