You can either walk or take a local taxi for a quick ride to the Cruz Del Tercer Milenio, which is located at Tte Merino 32.

If you're already in downtown La Serena, you can take a leisurely walk to Cruz Del Tercer Milenio. Start at Plaza de Armas and head west towards Avenida del Mar. Walk along Avenida del Mar until you reach the Coquimbo area. Continue straight until you reach Tte Merino Street. Turn left on Tte Merino Street, and the monument will be on your right. This walk will take approximately 1.5 hours.
