Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the center of Norte Chico. Head northeast on Route 5 (Pan-American Highway) towards San Pedro de Atacama. The drive will take approximately 2 hours depending on traffic conditions. Once you reach San Pedro de Atacama, follow signs for Caracoles Street. Turn left onto Caracoles Street and continue for about 1 km. Iglesia San Pedro will be on your left at Caracoles 362.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from Norte Chico to San Pedro de Atacama. Bus services like Turbus or Pullman can be found at the local bus terminal. The journey will take approximately 3-4 hours. Once you arrive at the San Pedro de Atacama bus terminal, exit and head south on Caracoles Street. It's about a 15-minute walk to Iglesia San Pedro, located at Caracoles 362. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the bus terminal for a small fee, usually around 3,000 to 5,000 CLP.
