Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from southern Patagonia, take the Route 5 (Carretera Panamericana) heading north. As you approach Santiago, follow the signs for Av. Costanera Norte and merge onto this road. Continue until you reach the exit for Av. Andrés Bello. Once you exit, follow Av. Andrés Bello until you see Mall Costanera Center on your left. Parking is available at the mall, but be prepared to pay for parking, which typically costs around 1,500 to 3,000 CLP per hour.

  For those taking public transportation, you can board a bus to Santiago from major Patagonian cities such as Punta Arenas or Puerto Natales. Once in Santiago, head to the Terminal de Buses Santiago (the main bus terminal). From the terminal, take the Metro Line 1 (the red line) towards Pajaritos and get off at the Tobalaba station. Transfer to Line 4 (the blue line) towards Plaza de Maipú, and get off at the estación Los Domínicos. From there, it's a short walk to Mall Costanera Center, which is located at Av. Andrés Bello 2425 in Providencia. The bus fare from Punta Arenas to Santiago can vary but expect it to be around 35,000 to 60,000 CLP depending on the company and time of booking.
