From the center of Pucón, head to the main bus terminal located at Avenida O'Higgins 1000. Look for buses that go towards 'Camino al Volcán' or 'Parque Nacional Huerquehue'. The bus ride should take about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to 'Km 4' on Camino al Volcán. From there, it's a short walk (approximately 10 minutes) along the road to Érase una vez, which will be on your left.

If you're already in central Pucón, you can walk to Érase una vez. Start at Plaza de Armas and head east on Calle Palguin until you reach Avenida O'Higgins. Turn left onto Avenida O'Higgins and continue until you reach the intersection with Camino al Volcán. Turn right onto Camino al Volcán and keep walking for about 4 kilometers. Érase una vez will be located on your left at Km 4.
