Bus
From the center of Pucón, head to the main bus terminal located on Avenida O'Higgins. Look for buses heading towards Parque Nacional Huerquehue. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the park entrance, follow the signs to the main visitor center.
Walking
If you prefer to walk, start from the main square (Plaza de Armas) in Pucón. Head east on Calle 1 Norte, then turn right onto Avenida O'Higgins. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Camino al Parque, which is about a 1.5 km walk. From there, follow the road signs leading to Parque Nacional Huerquehue, which is approximately 5 km away.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Pucón. Start at the Plaza de Armas and ride east down Calle 1 Norte, then turn right onto Avenida O'Higgins. Continue straight until you reach the turnoff for Camino al Parque. The bike ride is approximately 5 km from the town center to the park entrance, and the road is generally safe and scenic.
Taxi
You can take a taxi from anywhere in Pucón. Just tell the driver you want to go to Parque Nacional Huerquehue. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on a fare before starting your trip.
