    Getting There

    Driving

    From Pucón, take the road towards Villarrica. At Km 1, turn at the crossing marked 'Al Volcán'. Continue 8 km to the park entrance and CONAF control. Shortly after, turn left onto the road signposted 'Cuevas Volcánicas'. Follow this gravel road for 4 km to the parking lot, located 300 meters past the Volcanic Caves. Be aware that the gravel road is rocky and requires careful driving.

    A taxi from Pucón to the Mirador Los Cráteres parking area will cost approximately $8-$11 (USD). Negotiate the fare beforehand. From the parking area, the hike to the craters is well-marked.
