Bus
From Puerto Natales, head to the main bus terminal located at Av. Pedro Montt 210. Look for the buses that head towards Torres del Paine or Cueva del Milodón. Purchase a ticket for the Cueva del Milodón bus, which typically operates several times a day. The journey to the cave takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Cueva del Milodón stop, follow the signs to the entrance of the cave.
