    If you are in the central area of Puerto Natales, head towards Avenida Pedro Montt. Start at Plaza de Armas, the main square. Walk south on Avenida Ignacio Carrera Pinto until you reach the intersection with Avenida Pedro Montt. Turn right onto Avenida Pedro Montt. Continue walking for about 300 meters; the National Tourism Service will be on your left side at Avenida Pedro Montt 19.

    From the main bus station in Puerto Natales, you can take a local bus that goes towards the center of the town. Get off at the stop near Plaza de Armas. From there, walk south on Avenida Ignacio Carrera Pinto until you reach the intersection with Avenida Pedro Montt. Turn right onto Avenida Pedro Montt and proceed for about 300 meters until you see the National Tourism Service on your left at Avenida Pedro Montt 19.
