One notable figure featured is Luis Trénova Guerra, a former mayor of Rancagua who played a key role in the area's development. The artists also included a woman on a motorcycle from a photo found on the Rancagua Antiguo page, aiming to represent the women of the time.Jacinto, a penguin brought to Rancagua as a tourist attraction in 1949 by then mayor Carlos Miranda, also makes an appearance in the mural. Visitors would take pictures with him, and he lived in the Plaza de Los Héroes. The mural also showcases the Escuela Nª33, now known as Miranda School.
