We Loved Our Tour!

I'll be honest, I had never been on a Tour before and wasnt sure if this type of travel was for me- but after working with Valeska and Israel I have a new appreciation for touring! Every detail was handled seamlessly and it was so nice to not worry about anything, like where to store our bags during activities or how to take couple photos without getting my phone stolen. We had a wonderful time with our guides on our tour going from Santiago to Valparaiso. They were very prompt with pickup and departure went perfectly. We appreciated all of the information that Valeska shared about the geography and climate as we drove through the Casablanca Valley, and our wine tasting experience was delicious. We also spent some time in Viña del Mar, and we were lucky that it was not very crowded at the Flower Clock and at our other stops. Our walking tour in Valpo was a wonderful introduction to the city and its history and Valeska shared a lot of fantastic recommendations tailored to our interests and our schedule. She also gave us lots of good advice on how to navigate the city and avoid misfortune. We had such a great time learning from her! Also, I really enjoyed Israel's music playlist, it kept our energy up during the drive to Valpo. They answered all our questions and I'm looking forward to our next few days here. Israel was very kind and dropped us off directly at our hotel instead of the port. They have given us such a great experience that I'm already planning out our next visit to Chile! Valeska and Israel are very experienced and we appreciated all they had to share. We'd love to join some of their other tours in the future!

This tour is a combination that may not end up convincing because you really cannot visit everything well in a day. Valparaiso is more or less well visited, the winery, too and is a very nice place. Viña del Mar in passing, to get an idea. There are two stops and what you can see of the city from the van. The final rating is good. That beautiful winery should offer small bottles of wine and something to take you back. It is visited by many tours and we foreigners cannot bring large bottles on board. I think they could sell a lot if they offered other formats and other items. The guide's fine, too.

Impeccable Tour and Wonderful Guide

Valeska and Israel are very attentive and explain the whole history of the place. They are super polite and give room for questions and to remove doubts, in addition to the sympathy is highlighted. We indicate to everyone.
