Walking
If you are starting from the Plaza Sotomayor, head east on Avenida Pedro Montt. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with P.º Yugoslavo. You will see signs for the viewpoint. The walk is scenic, with views of the harbor.
Public Transport (Bus)
From the Plaza Victoria, take bus number 612 towards Cerro Alegre. Get off at the stop closest to Paseo Yugoslavo, which should take about 15 minutes. Once you disembark, walk a couple of minutes uphill to reach the viewpoint.
Funicular
From the Plaza Victoria, walk to the Ascensor Concepción funicular. Ride it up to the top. Once you exit, take a right and walk along the path towards P.º Yugoslavo. It's a beautiful walk of about 10 minutes along the colorful streets of Valparaíso.
