If you are in the central area of Valparaíso, head towards Plaza Victoria. From Plaza Victoria, walk down towards Avenida Pedro Montt. When you reach Avenida Pedro Montt, turn left and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Avenida Perú. Turn right onto Avenida Perú and walk straight for about 15-20 minutes. You will see Plaza Colombia on your left, located at Av. Perú 100.

From the Plaza Sotomayor area, find the bus stop for local buses heading towards Viña del Mar. Look for buses with signs indicating 'Viña del Mar' or 'Avenida Perú'. Once aboard, enjoy the short ride which takes about 15 minutes. Get off at the stop nearest to Avenida Perú, and walk a few minutes to reach Plaza Colombia at Av. Perú 100.
