Our pick-up went smoothly thanks to previous communication providing detailed information. When asking a question via WhatsApp, we received an immediate reply. We had Oscar as our tour guide who is very knowledgeable and passionate about Chile with a great desire to provide us with the best experience possible. We saw all that was on the itinerary, had 2 options for lunch, and even had opportunities to purchase from the artists we saw along our walking tour segment. All was perfectly timed and paced. We saw and learned so much. We thoroughly enjoyed it and it was one of our favorites. Highly recommend. PS. Beautiful Valparaiso requires the ability to walk up and down steep hills.

This tour is a combination that may not end up convincing because you really cannot visit everything well in a day. Valparaiso is more or less well visited, the winery, too and is a very nice place. Viña del Mar in passing, to get an idea. There are two stops and what you can see of the city from the van. The final rating is good. That beautiful winery should offer small bottles of wine and something to take you back. It is visited by many tours and we foreigners cannot bring large bottles on board. I think they could sell a lot if they offered other formats and other items. The guide's fine, too.

Great tour delivered by a fun and informative guide.

A very interesting tour delivered by an informative and friendly guide, Nacho. Nacho and our driver, JC, were understanding and accommodating of our delay in joining the tour due to issues beyond our control in getting off our cruise ship. What started as a stressful day ended very positively as Nacho took us on a walking tour of the street art of inner Valparaiso. He told us about the street artists and explained the background to their work. We also had an enjoyable visit to a winery where we took pleasure in sampling their products. Nacho responded very well to the various questions posed by the members of our group. Importantly he made sure we had fun and JC ensured our sale travel.
