Getting There

Walking

If you're starting from the Valparaíso bus terminal (Terminal de Buses), exit the terminal and head straight down Avenida Pedro Montt. Walk for about 10-15 minutes until you reach Plaza de la Victoria. You'll notice the vibrant street art along the way, so take your time to enjoy the scenery. Once you reach the Plaza, you’ll find it near the intersection of Avenida Pedro Montt and Calle Condell.
Public Transport (Bus)

From the Plaza Sotomayor, walk to the nearest bus stop and catch a micro (local bus) heading towards Plaza Victoria. You can take any bus that is marked with 'Plaza Victoria' on the sign. The ride will only take about 5-10 minutes. Once you get off, the Plaza will be in sight, located at Condell 1546.
Walking

If you are near the famous La Sebastiana (Pablo Neruda's house), exit the house and head down the hill towards the waterfront. Continue walking until you reach Avenida Pedro Montt. Turn right and walk straight for approximately 15-20 minutes until you reach Plaza de la Victoria, which will be on your left at Condell 1546.
Public Transport (Elevator)

If you are in one of the hills (Cerro Alegre or Cerro Concepción), use one of the funicular elevators to descend to the lower area of Valparaíso. Once at the bottom, walk towards Plaza Victoria. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the funicular station to the Plaza, located at Condell 1546.
