Walking
If you are starting from the Viña del Mar Bus Terminal, exit the terminal and head west on Avenida Valparaíso. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Libertad. Turn left onto Avenida Libertad, and after a short walk of about 10 minutes, you will arrive at Plaza O'Higgins, which will be on your right.

Public Transport
From the Viña del Mar Bus Terminal, take a local micro (small bus) heading towards Avenida Libertad. Board the bus and ask the driver to drop you off at Plaza O'Higgins. The journey will take approximately 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. Once you get off, you will see the plaza directly in front of you.

Walking
If you are at the famous Flower Clock (Reloj de Flores), head east along Avenida Libertad. The walk will take around 15 minutes. As you walk, you will enjoy views of the ocean on your left. Continue straight, and you will eventually reach Plaza O'Higgins, which is located on your left just after passing the intersection with Avenida San Martín.
