    From the airport or Settlement, head south on the main road (North West Point Road). Follow the signs for the Dales. The drive is approximately 20 minutes from Settlement. A 4WD is recommended. During the red crab migration, be aware of possible road closures. Check for parking availability at the Dales 4WD car park. Parking is free.

    From the Dales 4WD car park, follow the marked trails. The walk to Hughs Dale Waterfall is mostly boardwalk and takes about 30 minutes. Continue on the second trail from Hugh's Dale for another 30 minutes to reach Anderson Dale. Be sure to wear sturdy footwear and bring water.
