Car
From any location in the Red Crabs Migration Area, head towards Gaze Road. Keep an eye out for directional signs leading to the Christmas Island Visitor Centre. Once on Gaze Road, continue straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers. The Visitor Centre will be on your left at 1 Gaze Rd, just before reaching the main town area. There is free parking available nearby.

Public Transportation
If you are using public transport, check the local bus schedule for routes that service the Red Crabs Migration Area. Buses typically run every hour. Board a bus that heads towards the main town area and ask the driver to let you know when you reach Gaze Road. Once you disembark, walk approximately 300 meters down Gaze Road; the Christmas Island Visitor Centre will be on your left at 1 Gaze Rd. Please note that bus fares may vary, so keep some local currency on hand.

For those already in the vicinity of Gaze Road, it is a pleasant walk to the Visitor Centre. Simply head northeast along Gaze Road, and after walking for about 20 minutes, you will arrive at the Christmas Island Visitor Centre at 1 Gaze Rd. Be mindful of the road conditions, especially during the Red Crabs Migration, as the crabs may be crossing the road.
