Car
From South Point, head southwest on South Point Road. Continue for about 3 km until you reach the junction with Flying Fish Cove Road. Turn left onto Flying Fish Cove Road and follow it for another 3 km. You will see signs directing you to Dolly Beach. Turn right onto the road leading to the beach, and follow this road until you reach the parking area. Please note that roads can be rough, so a four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, check with local services for any shuttle options that may be available to Dolly Beach. Typically, shuttle services may operate from key points in South Point. Make sure to ask the driver for the best route to Dolly Beach or look for signage indicating the destination. Keep in mind that schedules can vary, so it’s advisable to confirm timings in advance.
Walking
For those feeling adventurous and fit, you can also walk to Dolly Beach. Start from the center of South Point and follow the South Point Road towards the south. It is approximately a 6 km hike, which should take around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your pace. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and carry water, as this path may be exposed to the sun and can be quite hot.
