Once you reach the outskirts of Bogotá, follow the signs for Chía and take the Route 60 (Calle 80) towards Chía. After about 15 kilometers, you will reach Chía. From the center of Chía, follow the local signs for Puente del Comun Chia, which is located near the main square.

To reach Puente del Comun Chia via public transportation, start by taking a bus from your current location in the Amazon to the main bus terminal in Bogotá. Several bus companies operate this route, and the fare typically ranges from 30,000 to 70,000 COP (Colombian Pesos) depending on the service. Once in Bogotá, head to the Portal del Norte bus terminal. From there, take a bus to Chía, which costs around 5,000 COP. The journey should take about 45 minutes to an hour. Upon arrival in Chía, you can walk or take a local taxi to Puente del Comun Chia, which is a short distance from the bus station.

From Bogotá, you can book a ride to Chía directly, which will cost approximately 80,000 to 120,000 COP depending on traffic and time of day. The trip will take about 40 minutes.
